RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Active Aura Place, your satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure you have a seamless experience with our activewear and formal collections.

1. RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Additionally, for orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification (cooling off period), provided the item meets the conditions below.

2. ITEM CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please note:

    • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the necessary instructions on how and where to send your package.

    • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Pet Accessories: Please note that since our store now focuses exclusively on activewear and formal fashion, we no longer accept returns or exchanges for pet accessories as this category has been discontinued.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products or items for hygiene purposes.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
